"Logging in to pay my bill is way too much of a hassle"
Every time I try to log in and pay my bill, the account page seems to freeze or get stuck. It turns something simple into a whole ordeal. The password reset process is also painfully slow sometimes. What makes it more frustrating is when support replies with the same copy-paste instructions that don’t really help with the actual issue
"Pretty solid deal if you’re switching over"
I switched to Cricket after spotting one of their promos online, it ended up saving me more than I expected. Between the plan discount and the phone deal, it felt like there was actually some real value there. Checkout was simple too, and reading between the lines, I was waiting for some random fees or extra add-ons to pop up at the end, but they didn’t. So far, the service has been good and the price feels fair.

"Way easier than my last phone switch"
I went in feeling a bit lost about switching my phone over, but the guy working there made it really easy. Compared to the last time I had to deal with this kind of thing, it was a lot less stressful. He explained everything in a simple way, didn’t rush me, and got me taken care of quickly. it was a good experience.
"I’ve been using Cricket Wireless for a bit..."
I’ve been using Cricket Wireless for a bit now, and the call quality has been good for me. Most calls sound clear, and I don’t really deal with dropped calls much around where I live. It does get a little choppy sometimes, especially inside bigger stores or when I’m driving farther out of town, but it hasn’t been a huge issue. For what I’m paying, I’m happy with it overall.

"My bill is literally always what I expect"
I’ve been with Cricket for a while now, and my bill has literally matched what I expect every single month. No random extra charges or weird surprises so far, which I really appreciate.
"SIM and eSIM setup was painless"
I got both the SIM and eSIM working really quickly, and didn’t run into any headaches. To be fair, I’m usually a bit cautious with setup stuff like this, but this was straightforward and worked like it should

"Easy way to stay on top of your Cricket bill"
I mostly use the Cricket app to pay my phone bill and keep an eye on my data, and it’s been smooth. It opens quickly for me, and I don’t feel like I’m hunting through a bunch of menus just to find what I need.
The layout is simple enough that you can see your plan, due date, and payment options right away. The fingerprint login is a nice time-saver too, especially if you’re just trying to check something quick. If you’re new to Cricket, I’d definitely suggest setting that up.
I’ve only had the app freeze on me one time, and closing it out fixed it right away. For everyday stuff like paying your bill, checking data, or adding extras, it does the job without much hassle. I’d give it 5 stars.

"Refund came through fast"
I ended up returning it, and the refund was quicker than I expected. I think it showed up a couple days later, or maybe it was by the end of that week, but either way I got my money back without much hassle.

"I live out on a farm, so I..."
I live out on a farm, so I wasn’t really expecting much, but yeah... it picked up a signal better than I thought it would. Not perfect, maybe, but better than what I’m used to out here.

"I had to cancel my Cricket Wireless..."
I had to cancel my Cricket Wireless line after moving over to a family plan, i was fully prepared for it to be way more annoying than it was. Once I actually got logged in and managed to find the right section, it was straightforward, which was a pleasant surprise because apparently that’s not always the standard anymore.
The website was a little sluggish, of course, so I still ended up double-checking everything like I was defusing a bomb just to make sure I wouldn’t get charged again. But in the end, the cancellation went through and my service stopped like it was supposed to. So yeah, 4 stars from me.

"No surprise fees"
I liked that the taxes were shown upfront, so there wasn’t that annoying moment of wondering what the final total would be. When the bill came, it matched what I expected. That was it

"Simple phone upgrade"
I upgraded my phone online. It was easy. Took just a few minutes. No weird problems came up. The new phone activated without any trouble.

"Easy to find a phone that actually fit my budget"
I had a good experience looking at phones on Cricket Wireless. What I liked most was that it didn’t feel like I had to choose between something super basic or spending more than I wanted. They had affordable options, but also newer iPhones and Samsung phones if you’re looking for that. The site was simple enough to browse and compare, which made the whole process feel less stressful. I ended up finding a phone I was happy with without getting stuck searching for hours. It was a nice reminder that upgrading your phone doesn’t have to be a huge ordeal or mean stretching your budget too much

"Support takes forever to get anywhere"
When the service is working, it’s fine enough, but trying to get help is exhausting. The chat takes ages to respond, and calling support just feels like getting passed from one person to another with no real answer. I waited way too long for something that should’ve been simple. It kind of gives the impression they’re more focused on getting your money than actually helping once you’re already a customer. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating.

"Coverage is okay on most days"
I’ve been using Cricket for a while now, and it works fine around my house and at work. But once I drive outside of town, the signal gets a bit spotty. My calls usually don’t drop, which is good, but the data can get slow in some areas. It’s not the worst service, but it’s not amazing either. For a price, it’s okay, though the coverage could definitely be better.

"Throttling seems manageable, right?"
I’ve noticed it does throttle a bit, but it still works fine for what I need. Maybe it’s not perfect, but it doesn’t feel too bad to me, anyone else feel the same?

"It’s been reliable for texting..."
It’s been reliable for texting. Messages usually send fast, which is kind of all I really need. I’ve had a few come through late here and there, but not enough to make it a big issue

"I switched over to Cricket and brought..."
I switched over to Cricket and brought my old number with me. I was lowkey expecting it to be a whole thing and take forever, but it went through fast.
All I had to do was punch in my account info from my old carrier and chill for a bit. My phone kicked on with the same number, no drama at all. Stoked with how smooth it was

"5G is surprisingly available most places"
I’ll admit I wasn’t expecting much, but 5G actually shows up pretty much everywhere I go. So far I haven’t really had any issues, which is kind of surprising, but I’ll take it.

"A solid switch for our family"
We moved our family plan over to Cricket, and it’s been a good deal so far. Our bill is noticeably lower now, and I like that the amount has stayed the same each month, no random little fees popping up. Everyone’s phones have been working fine for calls, texts, and everyday stuff, so I’m happy with the switch.
